Water Softening System
Industrial Duplex Water Softener System with Automatic Twin FRP Tanks
Product Introduction
The Hedelong Industrial Duplex Water Softener System uses ion exchange resin to reduce calcium and magnesium hardness, helping prevent scale buildup in pipelines, boilers, heat exchangers, reverse osmosis systems and other water-using equipment.
The system is equipped with twin corrosion-resistant FRP resin tanks, automatic control valves, brine tanks, water distributors and integrated connecting pipework. Automatic service, backwashing, brine draw, rinsing and regeneration reduce manual operation and support stable softened water production.
The duplex configuration can be customized for alternating duty/standby or parallel operation according to the required flow rate, raw water hardness and regeneration strategy. It is suitable for boiler feed-water treatment, RO pretreatment, cooling systems, industrial process water, hotels, laundries, food and beverage facilities and commercial buildings.
Available customization options include treatment capacity, FRP tank size, resin volume and type, control valve brand, regeneration mode, piping material, inlet and outlet size, operating voltage, skid layout and PLC control. Final system specifications are selected according to the customer’s feed-water analysis and target water quality.
